Terms & Conditions of Returning Items

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Mayfair Dublin of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by email or by using our online withdrawal form) before the withdrawal period has expired.

Once we have received your withdrawal request, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Refunds

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, Mayfair Dublin will reimburse:

• the full purchase price of the returned products;
• the cost of the standard delivery option originally selected for the order.

Any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard delivery option will not be reimbursed.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided satisfactory proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrect product, the direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Condition of Returned Goods

Customers are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

Important Information

Our Return Policy is a voluntary commercial policy that applies after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired, subject to the conditions described in our Return Policy.

This means:

• Days 1–14 after delivery: You may exercise your statutory Right of Withdrawal in accordance with this Section.
• After Day 14: Returns are only accepted if they qualify under the Mayfair Dublin Return Policy.
